Suitable for 2" Olympic bars, each plate is precision cast for accuracy and coated with rubber to protect both the plates and the floor. The tri grip design means they're easy to pick up and can be used without the bar for additional exercises.
7ft Olympic Barbell - The bar is constructed from solid steel with a chrome finish to minimise rusting. The rotating sleeves allow the weight plates to rotate as you move the bar. This reduces the amount of torque created by the plates, which provides a more secure grip and reduces stress on your wrists and elbows.
